What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges! If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us via call or WhatsApp within 7 days for electronics and 14 days for other products.

After approval, send the product back using a courier of your choice. Once we receive it, we will process the exchange.

Pre-payment can be made through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Customers must transfer the payment after placing the order. Once we receive the payment, we will dispatch the order.
